§ Mr. W. S. MorrisonSorters' posts are a recognised outlet by limited competition for officers already in the Post Office service. A disabled ex-service man is eligible to be considered for appointment as postman, and if he becomes a postman, he will have the same opportunities as other Post Office servants to enter for the sorters' competitions when they are resumed.
