§ Captain WallaceI regret that, owing to the heavy occupation of the lines by coal trains and important war traffic, it is not at present practicable to improve the service to Leeds. The Railway Executive Committee have the situation continually under review, and my hon. Friend's desire will be borne in mind when circumstances permit.
