§ Captain WaterhouseIt has been decided to publish telephone directories once a year in order to conserve the supply of paper. The charge per annum for special entries has not been altered because these entries are in the nature of advertisements, and there is no reason why they should not be charged for, in the usual way, according to the period for which they are published.
