§ Colonel LlewellinAs I informed the hon. Member for Consett (Mr. David 2013W Adams) on 13th March, certain new productive capacity is being planned in Durham County which will involve substantial additional employment. The hon. Member will not expect me to give details as to the localities. Building operations are expected to commence within the next two or three weeks.
