§ Mr. ElliotI am informed that Kensington Borough Council entered into a contract with Hyganic, Limited, under which this firm have built and operate a refuse disposal plant at Kensington. I understand that the firm is erecting a similar plant at Harrow. I am not aware of the firm's arrangements for the disposal of their product or of the results obtained by its use. It is open to any commercial firm providing machinery or services based on a particular process to bring its claims to the notice of prospective users at any time.
