§ Mr. ElliotAccording to the latest information in my possession, 60 welfare authorities in England and Wales supply dried milk as part of their maternity and child welfare arrangements, and 313 supply both dried and liquid milk. I have no information indicating the kind of milk supplied to the special groups mentioned. The reply to the second part of the Question is in the affirmative.
