§ Mr. BoothbyAs I informed my hon. Friend the Member for Dudley (Mr. Joel) on the 20th June, my Noble Friend welcomes the provision of communal meals and has taken steps to facilitate the allocation of supplies for this purpose. The question of more direct action to promote the establishment of communal feeding centres is under urgent consideration in consultation with the other Departments concerned.
