AndersonYes, Sir; and, while such measures of restriction have been, and will continue to be, applied as are necessary in the interests of national security, arrangements have been made to give special consideration to individual cases where it is established that the person concerned is well disposed towards this country and it is represented to me by the Government Department concerned that a relaxation of the restrictions would help to further the national war effort.
