§ Mr. LawThe peace-time arrangements for the interchange of officers with the Dominions is still in force, and, since the outbreak of war, the Dominions have been encouraged to send officers to be attached to units of our Army, and many of them have been and are undergoing attachments and attending courses of instruction. A scheme for the interchange of staff officers is under discussion.
