§ Mr. R. Gibsonasked the Prime Minister whether he has considered the resolution adopted by the National Council of the Scottish National Party on 1st June regarding the proposed co-ordination of the various control schemes in Scotland under the aegis of the Regional Commissioner for Scotland, a copy of which was sent to him by the secretary of that body; and whether he has any statement to make on the subject?
