DuncanI am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a Notice to Importers (No. 76) explaining the Order under which the importation of all goods (except live quadruped animals) is prohibited save under licence. I am also sending him a pamphlet explaining the Orders made on 6th June restricting deliveries for home consumption of a number of commodities.
