§ Mr. BoothbyYes, Sir. The Food Rationing (Special Diets) Advisory Committee have recommended that extra sugar rations should be allowed to those suffering from spontaneous hypoglycaemia and extra meat rations, in exchange for the butter ration, to those suffering from steatorrhoea (coeliac disease and tropical sprue). The necessary arrangements will be made as soon as possible.
