§ Mr. Naylorasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware of the bad and unhealthy conditions prevailing at the Auxiliary Military Pioneers' camp at Nitshill, Glasgow, and of the dissatisfaction existing among the men at the inadequate feeding arrangements; and further, will he take prompt action to allay the resentment felt by the men at unduly harsh and insulting censures passed upon them by a major of the regiment, as a result of which discipline is at breaking point?
