§ Mr. GrenfellLord Hyndley has been honorary Commercial Adviser to successive Ministers of Mines, except for one short break, for the past 20 years, and I am glad to have the opportunity of paying my own tribute to the invaluable assistance which he is still giving my Department in an entirely voluntary capacity: I hope that the Department and the Government will long continue to have the benefit of his impartial and disinterested advice. The answer to the last part of the Question is in the affirmative and I would refer my hon. Friend for details to the usual reference books.
