Mr. M. MacDonaldA person required by an authorised person to produce his identity card who fails to produce it either when called upon or within two1006W clear days at the prescribed place is, under the National Registration Act, 1939, liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding £5 or to both such imprisonment and such fine.
