Mr. HudsonThis matter has been considered but the Government has decided not to issue badges to the general body of workers engaged on civil work of national importance, and I do not think that there is any occasion for giving different treatment to farmers and farm workers. I may add that the National Farmers' Union and the unions representing agricultural workers are in agreement with this view.
