§ Mr. BoothbyI am aware that the import of saccharine, except under licence, is prohibited. Imports, however, before the war, constituted only a small proportion of the total consumption. The distribution of saccharine to the various classes of user is kept constantly under review, and if my hon. Friend has knowledge of any cases of inequitable distribution I shall be glad to look into them.
