Prince Edward Island 13
Nova Scotia 14 in the country. 16 in town.
New Brunswick 16 in towns where the compulsory act has been adopted. 14 in other towns. 12 in rural districts.
Quebec No compulsory attend[...]ce.
Ontario 14
Manitoba 14 (if not in regular employment up to 16)
Saskatchewan 15
Alberta 15
British Columbia 15
Yukon 14
Commonwealth of Australia 14
New Zealand 14
Union of South Africa:
Cape Colony 16
Natal 15
Transvaal 16 or on reaching junior Matriculation.
