§ Mr. BoothbyThe Ministry of Food is working in close co-operation with the National Federation of Women's Institutes in this matter, and affording such assistance and support as is necessary. The Ministry have undertaken to make grants to the Federation based on the estimated additional expenses which will be incurred by its county organisations in connection with this work.
