Knoxasked the Home Secretary whether he has considered a manifesto, issued on 22nd June, by the Communist Party of Great Britain, a copy of which has been sent to him, which, by its advocacy of the class war, must adversely affect the united efforts of the country to bring the war against Germany to a successful conclusion; and what steps he proposes to take?
