§ Mr. PeakeI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by my right hon. Friend the Financial Secretary to the Treasury to a Question by the hon. Member for Newport (Sir R. Clarry) on 27th June. For the reasons given in that answer I do not think any such action as my hon. Friend suggests is necessary.
