§ Mr. Tomlinsonasked the Minister of Pensions whether he is aware that the death of a full-time auxiliary fireman, occurring as the result of an illness con-traded in the course of and arising out of his occupation, does not entitle the widow to a service pension under the Civilians (Personal Injuries) Scheme; and will he take steps to amend the scheme in order to make such provision?
