§ Major TryonI am glad to say that the French Post Office has agreed that the rates of postage on letters and postcards posted in this country for the French forces serving in France should be reduced to those applicable to correspondence for members of the British Expeditionary Force, namely, 1½d. for the first ounce and 1d. for each additional ounce; and 1d. for postcards. The reduced rates will come into force on the 1st of March.
