MorrisonI am aware of the variable meat content of sausages at the present time and that since the introduction of meat and livestock control some decrease has occurred in their meat content. The question of the best means of controlling the price and meat content of sausages and similar meat products is one of some complexity, and is engaging 1371W the close attention of my Department. I am very hopeful that a satisfactory solution may shortly be found.
