§ Mr. BurginAn announcement in the Press on 9th February called attention to the restrictions placed on the supply of paper by the Control of Paper (No. 8) Order and to the need for economy in the use of paper for packing. It has not so far been found necessary to restrict the use of tinfoil for wrapping purposes.
