§ Mr. ButlerThe position of British and Allied nationals at Tangier remains as it was prior to the outbreak of war. Persons desiring to leave the International Zone do not require exit permits, but owing to the present situation in North Africa delays have occurred in obtaining visas to enter neighbouring territories.
