§ Captain CrookshankProtection is already given by the Courts (Emergency Powers) Acts, 1939 and 1940, to mortgagors who are unable immediately to fulfil their obligations for reasons arising out of the war, and in cases such as those referred to, relief is provided by Section 1 (2) of the 1939 Act.
