§ Mr. NicolsonThe importance of accelerating the disposal of letters and telegrams from the protected areas in the Highlands and Islands is fully realised, and steps have recently been taken which it is hoped will avoid unreasonable delay to letters. The delay to telegrams directly attributable to censorship is negligible.
