§ Mr. E. BrownI am advised that farmers are alive to the importance of taking measures to safeguard their crops against damage by incendiary bombs. Steps have been taken to inform them in detail of the measures which should be taken and the Government are assisting by the supply of certain additional fire-fighting appliances in the main corn-growing districts.
