§ Mr. ButlerAll that my Noble Friend can add to the statement by the Prime Minister on 18th July is a list of the categories of goods subject to temporary prohibition on the road. A list of these was published in the Burma Gazette on 19th July and comprises (a) motor spirit, (b) iron and steel railway track material, (c) rolling stock and component parts, (d) motor vans, motor lorries, trailers, chassis, and parts thereof, (e) arms, ammunition, and parts thereof, and military explosives.
