Mr. David Adamsasked the Home Secretary whether his Department has considered the advisability of taking up hard road surfaces and concrete and cement backyards in dangerous and congested areas with a view to minimising the effects of bomb explosions in these areas, in view of the fact that bomb explosions cause most destruction when they occur among hard surfaces?
