§ Sir R. Youngasked the Secretary of State for Air what are the conditions which determine the granting of leave to certain men in the Royal Air Force of whom he has been informed; and whether he is satisfied with the system under which the grant or refusal of rest leave is solely in the hands of the commanding officers?
§ Sir A. SinclairThe same conditions of leave apply in the case of the men whom the hon. Member has in mind as in the case of personnel of the Royal Air Force generally. I am, however, having their case reviewed to see if it merits special treatment. The answer to the second part of the Question is in the affirmative.
