Mellorasked the Postmaster-General whether, in the legislation which he proposes to introduce to authorise the increase of 15 per cent. in exchange subscribers' rentals from 1st July, 1940, notwithstanding existing agreements, provision will be made to allow subscribers who have agreements with the Post Office for a period of years to terminate such agreements on 1st July, 1940?
