§ Mr. Ralph Ethertonasked the Minister of Transport whether he will state, in tabular form, the charges per unit flat rate of each of the authorities supplying electricity in the London area as at 1st January, 1937, 1st September, 1939, and 1st April, 1940, and show the percentage increase or decrease between the first and last dates; and also give similar information regarding the charges of the same authorities in respect of their standing charges and charge per unit on the two-part tariff system?
