§ Mr. BurginAs I informed the hon. Member for Romford (Mr. Parker) on 18th March, the Iron and Steel Control have already suggested in various quarters that unnecessary railings should be disposed of for scrap. Useful results have been obtained and the matter is being actively pursued.
