§ Sir R. Dorman-SmithYes, Sir. It is proposed to make an order postponing the prescribed date under Section 1 (3) of the Agriculture Act, 1937, namely 31st July 1940, for the period of one year. The necessary Order will be made and brought before Parliament for confirmation shortly.
