§ Sir V. WarrenderYes, Sir. I am aware that this vessel was salved after the underwriters had paid a total loss. With regard to the second part of the hon. Member's Question, the owners of the vessel should make arrangements for repairs with a local firm of ship-repairers and apply to the Principal Surveyor of the Ministry of Shipping at Newcastle-on-Tyne for the necessary licence, which they will have no difficulty in obtaining.
