Mr. Rostron Duckworthasked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that it is the custom when giving broadcasts for Czecho-Slovakia and Poland to start them with Bow Bells and end them with the National Anthem of the respective countries; that these particular additions to the programme may be heard by other people in the country of reception, and consequently the people listening in would be at once traced, whereas if there were no such accompanying signs they might listen in with greater safety to the special broadcasts intended for them; and whether he will arrange to modify these broadcasts accordingly?
