§ Mr. LloydI am afraid that I cannot give an estimate, but the cost will be quite small, thanks to the public spirit of the members, who have voluntarily given their time to this work. In general, the only special cost involved in setting up these committees is that incurred in paying the expenses, on the usual scales, necessarily incurred by members and assessors in the discharge of their duties.
