§ Mr. Boothbyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the scheme for dealing with the claims of His Majesty's Government and of British holders of cash balances or bonds guaranteed by the late Government of Czecho-Slovakia 754W against the Czech assets now held in this country has been drawn up; when it will be submitted to the House of Commons; and whether authority to make the necessary payments will be given by Order in Council or otherwise?
