§ Mr. E. BrownI am aware that difficulties as regards working hours are caused in some cases by the black-out requirements. As regards the second part of the question, if the hon. Member is referring to the possibility of disqualification for unemployment benefit, I would remind him that this would be a question for the independent statutory authorities under the Unemployment Insurance Acts.
