§ Mr. BurginAn advisory committee has now been appointed in consultation with the Trade Union Congress and I hope to have a meeting at an early date. The question of the best scheme for an area organisation has also been under discussion with the Trade Union Congress who are, I understand, convening a conference of the engineering and shipbuilding unions on the subject this week.
