§ Miss HorsbrughA circular will be issued shortly to all approved societies indicating that no objection will be raised to the completion of transfers as at the 1st January, 1940, in cases where the transferor society had, before the 3rd September, 1939, given formal consent to the transfer, and the insured person and both societies concerned desire that the transfer should take effect.
