§ Mr. Hore-BelishaIt is not proposed to keep any portion of the National Defence Companies under canvas during the winter. The majority have already been accommodated in billets or requisitioned buildings. Where this is not feasible, hutting is being provided as fast as possible. The duty must, of course, continue to be performed during the war.
