§ Mr. E. BrownI am aware that as a result of the change-over from peace to war production there has been an increase in unemployment amongst some classes of technical professional workers. There is reason to anticipate that this is a passing phase, but I am considering as a matter of urgency what further steps can be taken to bring them into touch with suitable vacancies.
