§ Mr. Lennox-BoydI would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which my right hon. Friend gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Lincoln (Mr. Liddall) on nth October. As was stated on that occasion, we are anxious to give consideration to any case in which the restriction appears to involve genuine hardship. If my hon. Friend has any such case in mind, I shall be pleased to make inquiries into it.
