asked the Minister of Agriculture what is the present composition of the Horticultural Advisory Committee; and what are the qualifications of each of its members for service thereon?

The nominees of the Ministry consist of representatives of the scientific side of horticulture—e.g. Directors of Research Stations—and other persons recognised as being authorities in the horticultural world.
