§ Mr. StanleyMy Department is primarily concerned in this matter. As indicated in a memorandum which I have sent to trade organisations and which has been published in the Press, the Board of Trade are opening discussions with representatives of major exporting industries with a view to facilitating their operations. These discussions will include the cotton industry.
