§ Captain CrookshankMy right hon. Friend has already stated the position fully on a number of occasions, including the replies given to the hon. Member on the 1st August last and on the 3rd October. The figure of over £10,000,000 must refer to the total of the deposits of all the 10 creditor Governments in the Annuity Trust Account, and not to the British share, which is little more than a fifth of it.
