§ Mr. ColvilleAfter considering representations made by the Promoters of the Fife County Council Provisional Order and also by a number of opponents including the Wemyss and District Water Trustees, I have decided that the Inquiry by Commissioners, which was provisionally arranged to open on 24th October, should be postponed to a date, probably some months hence, which will be announced later.
